I provide consultation and training to individuals and organizations on issues related to equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), cultivating greater organizational harmony/alignment/communication, mental health, refugee mental health, and trauma.
I also facilitate healing circles, work and support groups for staff, managers, and board members to address the above issues.
If needed, I can also serve as a liaison for staff to confidentially communicate their needs/requests to management and provide recommendations/action plans to cultivate greater understanding, harmony, and productivity within the workplace .
I also provide training on mindfulness-based techniques to promote well-being and stress reduction.
